2022 Evoxidle board and Wireless Hand Remote (gotta bring this back summer 2025)
Important Disclaimer: Order only if you have a functioning remote receptacle and electronic idler pre installed.
Only by working on its subsystems through other products for years, do we now have an all-in-one solution for all sa-200 machines. The story is I bought an SA200 to vet the 300D plug in receiver. on it. in other words, find a method to run the AC run receiver on a DC machine. While doing this, I realized the idle board and idle solenoid weren’t working. So, I ordered a new idle board. After a week waiting for it, I announced i’d design my own. three weeks later and a lot of hours later, I had my finished board in hand and I added one more thing to it: wireless amperage control with the included evox hand remote
The board turned out to be ideal as it gave me everything I could ask for: idle control, battery voltage, positive and negative exciter and shunt ground. To make matters easier, every connection is spaded identical to your existing electronic idler on your machine.
The prerequisites are that you have the following wires female spaded (1/4inch) to the idle board location
battery voltage (yellow wire from auto idle toggle switch)
weld reed switch one or both sides (optional spade if reed returns to board)
line2 (board to fuse for receptacle)
line1 (positive exciter)
solenoid (white) (ground of solenoid)
shunt (top prong remote switch))
negative exciter.

This board functions under the premise that your sa200 low and high idle are operating within oem specs. Having a high idle too high can not only damage your exciter circuit but the board as well by way of excessive exciter voltage. Optimal range is 115VDC at the receptacle in high idle. As well, optimal battery/alternator voltage should be between 12.4 and 14.5 volts. Your board will display system voltage which refreshes each percentage adjust.
